Comic Con has confirmed a huge Lord of The Rings Star will be attending its event next year.
The convention is a dream for people who love all things film and TV, comic books and sci-fi. Cosplayers will also be in attendance, for all those who want to dress as their favourite characters.
Comic book lovers, sci-fi fans and cosplay enthusiasts will be able to meet their favourite celebrities once again in May 2024. Now, Comic Con has confirmed another guest for 2024 - and it's a major Lord of The Rings star.

Elijah Wood, will be attending the convention in May next year. The actor gained worldwide recognition for her portrayal of Frodo Baggins in Peter Jackson's blockbuster Lord of the Rings film trilogy.
In addition to reprising the role in The Hobbit series, Wood also played Ryan in the FX television comedy Wilfred and voiced Beck in the Disney XD animated television series Tron: Uprising. His first credit was a small part in Back to the Future Part II.
Elijah joins a number of other Lord of The Rings stars at the event including Dominic Monaghan and Bernard Hill. Marvel star Elizabeth Olsen will also being in Liverpool for the event.
Visitors can arrange autographs and photographs with their favourite stars. However, the event is not just about celebrities, with art stalls, merchandise and board games all available at the convention.
Comic Con Liverpool will take place on May 4 and 5, 2024 at the Exhibition Centre. Tickets are available to buy now for the event via the website here.
