Strictly Come Dancing judge Anton Du Beke has recalled an embarrassing moment when he was on stage at Liverpool's Philharmonic Hall.
The ballroom legend is preparing for his special solo tour which comes to Liverpool on November 13. Together with Lance Ellington, a live band and a company of dancers, Anton has created an evening of song, dance and laughter.
In the leadup to the tour, Anton recalled his past experience at the Philharmonic Hall which saw him take his first tumble in front of an audience.

He said: "It was one of the first venues I ever played on tour and as much as it’s one of the first venues I ever toured in, it’s also one of my favourite venues, and I love the city. Liverpool is a great city with great people, so it’s that which really makes you go back.
"And the Philharmonic Hall - I’ve been going there ever since I started touring. It's got a beautiful stage, an incredible audience, and as we all know, Liverpool audiences are the best! I fell over on that stage years ago. It was the first time I ever tripped and went on my backside, and hopefully, it will never happen again. I like to go back just to make sure."
While taking extra care to ensure another tumble doesn't happen, Anton will share behind-the-scenes stories from across his career, including some memorable moments from the last twenty series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The star will also answer questions from the audience as well as perform some of his favourite songs and routines that he has become synonymous with.
