Tickets for Glastonbury Festival 2024 will go on sale today, November 19.
Earlier this month, registration was reopened due to a scheduled review of the details of the Glastonbury Festival registration database. General admission tickets for the festival will be available from 9am on Sunday, November 19.
The 2023 festival saw Arctic Monkeys top the bill on the Pyramid Stage on Friday, US rockers Guns N’ Roses on Saturday and Sir Elton John on Sunday night. Yusuf/Cat Stevens performed in the teatime legends slot on Sunday afternoon, followed by classic rock outfit Blondie.

Stages across the 900-acre site hosted a range of world-class music stars as well as speeches by politicians, film screenings, and theatre and circus performances. In 2024, the event will return to Worthy Farm in Somerset from June 26 to 30.

What happened today?
Glastonbury 2024 tickets went on sale at 9am today, November 19. Thousands joined online queues to try for tickets, with many proving successful. However, many others didn't manage to grab tickets this time around book.
Tickets sold out in less than an hour, with Glastonbury tweeting: "Tickets for Glastonbury 2024 have now Sold Out. Our thanks to everyone who bought one and we're sorry to those of you who missed out, on a morning when demand greatly exceeded supply. There will be a resale of any cancelled or returned tickets in spring 2024."
Fans shared their successes and frustrations on X (formerly Twitter) and many even reminisced about their previous attempts at getting Glastonbury tickets.
A number of fans called for a change in the way tickets are booked in the future.
Glastonbury re-sale usually takes place in April, with cancelled or returned tickets up for grabs.

How much are tickets?
Tickets cost £355 + £5 booking fee per person. When booking a ticket, there will be a £75 deposit per ticket payable today, with the balance due in the first week of April 2024.
